Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Proof of a retail business - we are more than happy to visit you at your storefront location to work with you. Conversely, we may require a GST or Tax ID # to verify the existence of a business.

Pricelists and Catalogues - Pricelists and catalogues, other than what you see on our website, are to be kept strictly confidential. They are subject to change without notice. Pricelists and catalogues will be distributed at the discretion of our salespersons.

Wholesale Customer Support - We offer an array of services for our wholesale customers. Due to the nature of our products, we offer staff training seminars, handout pamphlets, care of garment descriptions on packaging, etc. We would love to work with you to maximize your sales.

Return Policy - Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns on certain items. If you have issues, please contact us and we will work with you towards an amiable solution. Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours penalty-free, but afterwards you are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Orders - Any orders over $1000 must be accompanied by a 30% deposit. Our Minimum Order Quantity is a value of $200, and any orders below this amount may be subject to a 10% Small Order Fee. ALL ORDERS, UNLESS PREVIOUSLY APPROVED BY US, MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO SHIPPING.

Initial Order Bonus - First orders are often taken in person by one of our salespersons. They are not subject to shipping fees and if you so choose, may be hand-delivered within Canada.

Payment - We accept cheque, money order, Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and PayPal.

Credit - Credit may be extended after six months of ongoing business. Approval is subject to the review of a credit application. Credit will be extended over a 30 day period only, any account falling into arrears of 60+ days will revert to COD and be charged 24% per annum. Credit offers will not be extended again if this happens.

Order Fill Time - Many leather items are custom constructed to your specifications, and as such ALL ORDERS have a 21 day turnaround time.

Shipping - All orders will be shipped via UPS Standard (ground) unless otherwise specified by the customer. If you have special time or area requirements, please advise us and we will do our best to work with you for this. ALL first orders from first-time stores are shipped free via this method. If you prefer another method, please be advised that Ware's and Wear is no longer liable for excess time in transit. Any charges above and beyond the UPS Standard quoted rate will be billed to your account.
